What can I expect from my live online harmonica classes?
The primary thing you can expect is to have fun and to learn a lot, thanks to the fact you'll be gaining access to lots of great live harmonica instruction at a really low price. Ronnie is now offering 12 live online harmonica classes each month. Topics, times and ability levels will vary, but there will be something for everyone and we'll be continuously augmenting the schedule based on your requests. The current schedule is available here.

You will receive a username and password shortly after subscribing and then you'll have access to join the classes. While attending classes, you'll be able to ask questions and interact via text chat or through occasional audio and video access if you have a webcam and/or mic on your computer. 

What if I can't make it to a class I really want to take because of a scheduling conflict?
Every few days we update our recordings page with our most recent classes. Check out the page here to see all the many classes available to our members. We'll also repeat the classes that attract lots of interest so you'll have more than one opportunity to attend the classes you want. If you don't see a time that you can make it to a class you really want to see live, just let us know what times generally work better for you and we'll take that into consideration as we fashion the next month's schedules.

Do I need any special software or hardware to access the classes?
No, our classes run on the Adobe Connect platform, which uses Adobe Flash and is therefore accessible to most Internet-connected computers in the world. When you first log-in to the classroom, you may be asked to install an "Add-In." This is a very simple extension for your browser and will install automatically, unlike software you have to download and install separately.

If you would like to personally get on camera during one of our open feedback sessions, you will need a working webcam and mic, however this is purely optional and totally voluntary.


Can I watch the classes or recordings from an iPad or other mobile device?
Absolutely! However, you may need to install one or two apps first. For the live classes, you'll need to grab a free app for the iOS or Android at the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. It's called "Adobe Connect" and is pretty easy to use. Since the recordings are Flash-based, you'll also need to install a Flash-friendly browser on any Apple devices. You can find several such browsers in the App Store--some that are free. We personally like Photon, but it costs a few bucks.

Will I be able to give feedback and input for future classes?
Yes, absolutely. We very much want to make this offering wonderful for all of our members. Please send suggestions to h123(at)sypio.com. 

How will I be billed for the subscription?
PayPal will automatically bill you the $35 subscription rate each month, on the day you first activated your account.

How do I unsubscribe and is there any penalty?
There is no penalty whatsoever. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking below. Your subscription will stay active for a full 30 days from the time of your last payment.
