Developing enjoyable and productive practice session is crucial for those looking to make measurable progress in their playing.

Throughout this class, we will take a handful of specific topics and discuss ways to create productive practice sessions that will keep you engaged and focused on the topic(s) .  We will examine approaching practice for song studies, technique and conceptual topics such as improvisation.

We will discuss how/when to use a metronome and a chromatic instrument (digital piano app is also fine), why we record our practice sessions and how often, long you should practice.
